King prawns & whisky glaze.  King prawns sautéed with a garlic, ginger and sticky whisky glaze sauce served on a toasted ciabatta.

Tandoori Chicken with sour cream and poppadum. 

Chef's Festive soup. Homemade soup with hot crusty bread and butter 

Goats cheese film. Welsh goats cheese all wrapped up with homemade red onion jam in a crisp filo pastry 

Chef's game pate with pink peppercorn butter, homemade red onion jam and hot crusty bread 

Garlic and Tarragon Cream Mushrooms with a garlic and sun dried tomato toasted ciabatta

Traditional roast turkey breast with a sage & bacon pat tie served with all the trimming

Crisp Gressingham Duck Breast with morello cherry and red wine sauce

Pork Medallions. Pan fried pork topped with a creamy blue cheese served with a white wine andiron sauce

Roasted Red Pepper on a bed of spinach, laden with Mediterranean couscous and finished with pine nuts and pesto

Salmon Fillet stuffed with philly cheese and spinach wrapped with pancetta encased in crisp film pastry and served with a tarragon and prawn sauce

Steak and pate. 8oz Welsh black rump topped with a roasted field mushroom and chef's pate served with a rich Australian shiraz wine jus.
